- To add Common Good Bookkeeping as your accounting firm to your Quickbooks account. You’re going to want to go to the homepage of your QuickBooks, then go up to the right-hand side, right-hand corner, go to the gear icon, settings, click on that.
- And you’re going to go over to manage users. From there, there’s two options, users and accounting firms, and you’re going to want to click on accounting firms.
- Then, you’re going to click on invite. And, there’s two options.
- The easiest option is click on enter my accountant’s firm ID. And you’re going to enter our firm ID which is 1935 1471 329 7474
- Once you’ve entered our Firm ID, go down to the bottom right corner and click Save. At which point, it may ask you to do a two-factor authentication, just keep going with that until it says it has sent us the invitation.
