You’re a corporation registered in the United States
Corporation’s fiscal year ends December 31
You are NOT incorporated as a cooperative corporation or partnership
Have not already filed your return for tax year 2025

Your Form 1120 (U.S. Corporation Income Tax Return) is due April 15th, 2026.

You must file your return or an extension (Form 7004) before this date.
